Earlier this term one of our lovely mummies came in to tell us all about a place that she is from called India.
she told us about the traditional clothes that people in India wear, their amazing festivals that they celebrate, the sports that they love to play and even about some of their famous animals.
We really enjoyed the things that she especially brought in to show us. Her talk was so good we even included India in our P1 assembly!
Afterwards we learnt about the Indian tradition of henna tattoos and designed out own. We had such fun!
