Trees for Schools
18th Nov 2021
Today some of our children helped Ms Wilson plant a silver birch tree which was given to the school by Trees for Schools and the Northern Ireland Office to mark both Northern Ireland’s Centenary and COP26.
A special plaque hangs on the tree and it is hoped that it will grow and mature in the years and decades to come as a reminder of this special year and as part of a wider UK project to tackle climate change. Keep a look out for it as you walk around school.
