We had lots of Halloween fun this week. We made spooky potions and tapped golf tees into pumpkins. We read the story “Pumpkin Soup” and then made some soup of our own! We used toilet roll holders to print spider pictures and we made our own playdough spiders. Outside, we had fun with some spray paint bottles and we threaded wool onto the fence to make spider webs. We rolled conkers and paint down the guttering and we made leaf puppets. At Forest School, we worked in teams to make some homes for our little stone hedgehogs to hibernate. For a special Halloween treat, we made and decorated chocolate apples.
