We have been having a wonderful time exploring the outdoors and looking for the different signs of Autumn. We have collected Autumn treasures, built homes for our small world animals and we have made lots of tasty treats in our mud kitchen. We have experimented with mark making, created lots of wonderful sounds on our music wall and we have read lots of lovely stories outside too. We have been focusing on den building and we have been so proud of the children’s amazing creations. They have loved creating their own dens and it was lovely to see them work so well with their peers, sharing their ideas and the equipment. Our large sand pit continues to be very popular and the children are super at digging holes, filling containers and building sandcastles.
