Our class have been learning about where our fruit and vegetables come from. The children checked their labels at home and as a class we counted over 14 different countries that our fruit and veg came from! We looked at all these countries on a map. We also had a taste test and made a strawberry and banana smoothie, it was yummy!
In numeracy we have been looking at different ways to make amounts of money. We have been able to practice our money skills in the fruit and veg shop play area, practically compare weight with fruit and veg and use positional language to direct BeeBot.
