We have been very busy in school since our school elephant has arrived as part of the Northern Ireland Hospice Elmer trail. First, we had to name our elephant. Our School Council conducted a vote in all of our classes. The winning name by a slim margin was ‘Ella Dundela’! Next, all the children submitted designs and ideas for decorating Ella Dundela. The School Council looked at all of these and chose their favourite bits from lots of different designs. Now the hard work has begun to transform this big, white elephant into something which represents our lovely school and happy children.🐝🌈😁
