Camp fire 🔥 for P1CW Forest School
The boys and girls have enjoyed Forest School activities all year and so as a treat we decided to have a camp fire! We had the story of Fiery Fox last week and learnt all about fire safety rules. We collected our own little sticks to use as kindling and made sure they were nice and dry. We made our fire circle, recapped the rules, and watched as Mrs Weatherup got the fire going. Then in small groups we came forward with our long toasting forks to toast our marshmallows. We had to be very careful, the marshmallows were hot but delicious and very sticky!! 😋😋 Of course, we made sure our fire was well extinguished and tidied away before we left it alone!
