The Nursery children have been exploring the signs of Autumn and have been collecting lots of Autumn treasures to share with their friends. We have been observing the different colours and shapes of leaves, the different textures and the crunchy sounds that the leaves now make. Our Autumn artwork looks amazing and we have been talking about our creations with our friends and we have been sharing our wonderful ideas.
We discovered red apples had grown on our apple trees so we pulled them off and tasted them at snack time. Our carrots were also ready to be pulled up, so once we did that we had them at snack time too, and discussed flavours and textures. We love our Nursery garden.
