Anti-Bullying Week 2022
Anti-Bullying Week 2022 takes place from Monday 14th - Friday 18th November with the theme ‘Reach Out.
Bullying effects millions of lives and can impact the well-being of children. But it doesn’t have to be this way. If we challenge it, we can change it. And it starts by reaching out. Whether it’s in school, at home, in the community or online, we need to reach out and show each other the support we need.
To mark the start of Anti-Bullying Week, we will be participating in Odd Socks Day. All the children have to do to do to take part is wear odd socks to school. Odd Socks Day is designed to be fun and is an opportunity for our children and staff to express themselves and celebrate their individuality and what makes us all unique.
Throughout Anti-Bullying Week, each class will complete a variety of activities that develop their awareness of bullying and understanding the importance of reaching out if you are being bullied or think that someone is. There will also be a task set for homework to involve you in this important week.
